  • Basics of Infant Feeding: Breastfeeding, Lactation, and Bottle Feeding (32-36 weeks)

  • Labor and Birth/Cesarean Section Planning (32-36 weeks)

  • Postpartum Planning (36-38 weeks)

  • Postpartum Support Visit (0-2 weeks postpartum, IP)

  • Birth Debrief with Postpartum Support Visit (2-8 weeks postpartum)
