Included services with suggested timeline:

• Essentials of Newborn Care (2 hour class @ 28-32 weeks)

• Basics of Infant Feeding: Breastfeeding, Lactation, and Bottle Feeding (2 hour class @ 32-34 weeks)

• Labor and Birth/Cesarean Section Planning (2-4 hour class @ 32-36 weeks)

• Postpartum Planning (2 hour class @ 36-38 weeks)

• Postpartum Visit‍ ‍(3 hour support visit @ 0-2 weeks postpartum)

11-13 hours of support divided into four prenatal sessions &
one postpartum session. Total hours will depend of type of delivery planned.
