Be the help you need in an emergency. Become certified in American Red Cross CPR/AED for infants and children and learn how to assist an infant or child who is choking.

Schedule a home visit from a nurse and certified lactation consultant to ease your transition home and build your confidence in feeding and caring for your baby. Your nurse will assess your physical and emotional recovery after birth, answer your postpartum questions and identify ways to support common postpartum challenges. She will asses and assist with breastfeeding challenges and provide hands on support with infant care needs such as bathing, swaddling, and soothing.
