Included services with suggested timeline:

• Relax, Release & Restore (1 hour body work session in 3rd trimester)

• Essentials of Newborn Care (2 hour class @ 28-32 weeks)

• Basics of Infant Feeding: Breastfeeding, Lactation, and Bottle Feeding (2 hour class @ 32-34 weeks)

• Labor and Birth/Cesarean Section Planning (2-4 hour class @ 32-36 weeks)

• Postpartum Planning (2 hour class @ 36-38 weeks)

• Postpartum Visit‍ ‍(3 hour support visit @ 0-2 weeks postpartum)

• Postpartum Visit‍ ‍(3 hour support visit @ 0-2 weeks postpartum)

15-17 hours of support divided into five prenatal sessions & two postpartum sessions. Total hours will depend of type of delivery planned.

$1600-1815. Price and duration will vary based on planned type of delivery
