Continuous nurse doula support from pre-operative preparation through delivery. Doula will be present in operating room if permitted by hospital policy

Calm informed presence assisting with: medical translation, comfort measures, informed decision-making, and advocacy for birth preferences
Partner guidance and reassurance throughout
Postpartum
Hospital and In Home Support
Two hours of post-operative support in recovery room to assist with your immediate recovery and support newborn care needs and your baby’s first feed
Welcome Home Baby Visit within 48 hours of hospital discharge to debrief your birth experience, assess maternal physical and emotional recovery, and assist with newborn care, lactation & infant feeding (4 hours)
Optional: postpartum doula visits lasting 4-8 hours each that include assistance with newborn care (while you rest!), lactation support, postpartum recovery tips and tricks, and light household tasks.
