• Infant and Child CPR, AED & First Aid (3 hour class @ 28-32 weeks)

• Basics of Infant Feeding: Breastfeeding, Lactation, and Bottle Feeding (2 hour class @ 32-36 weeks)

• Labor and Birth/Cesarean Section Planning (2-4 hour class @ 32-36 weeks)

• Postpartum Planning (2 hour class @ 36-38 weeks)

• Postpartum Support Visit (3 hour support visit 0-1 weeks postpartum)

• Postpartum Support Visit (3 hour support visit 1-2 weeks postpartum)

• Postpartum Support Visit (3 hour support visit 2-3 weeks postpartum)

22-24 hours of support between eight prenatal sessions three postpartum sessions. Total hours will depend on type of delivery planned.
