Birth Debrief With A Nurse

No two birth experiences are the same- and they don’t always go as planned. A birth debrief session provides a safe, supportive space to share and process your birth story with an obstetric nurse. Have the opportunity to ask lingering questions, gain clarity on events and gain insight into your experience with a clinical perspective.
These sessions aren’t about judgement or reshaping what went right or ‘wrong’- they are about empowering you with understanding, closure and support. Your experience matters and deserves to be heard and honored.
