• Use gentle stretching and maternal positioning including inversions to help create room in the abdomen and pelvis- encouraging your baby to flip head down.

• Gentle myofascial release to ease tension in key areas of the pelvis, abdomen, lower back, and hips to create balance in your uterus, ease prenatal discomfort, and help your baby move into an ideal position for labor.

1.5 hours- plus 30 min for set up, take down, and questions
