Home visit from a nurse to check in on your physical and emotional recovery after birth and support common postpartum challenges. Relax, Release & Restore
One hour body work session with a certified Spinning Babies® Aware Practitioner. Release tension in key areas of the pelvis, abdomen, low back, and hips to ease pregnancy discomfort and help your baby more into an ideal position for labor.

Breech Release
One and ½ hour body work session with a certified Spinning Babies® Aware Practitioner that uses gentle stretching and maternal positioning to help create room in the abdomen and pelvis- encouraging your baby to flip head down.
