Continuous nurse doula support from labor through delivery

Spinning Babies® techniques integrated throughout labor to support fetal descent
Calm informed presence assisting with: comfort measures, positioning to optimize labor progression, medical translation, informed decision-making, and advocacy for birth preferences
Partner/support person guidance and reassurance throughout
Postpartum
Hospital and In Home Support
Two hours of immediate postpartum support after delivery to optimize your recovery, support newborn care needs and assist with baby’s first feed
Welcome Home Baby Visit within 48 hours of hospital discharge to debrief your birth story, assess maternal physical and emotional recovery, assist with newborn care needs (first bath, swaddle, etc.). Also includes assessment and support of infant feeding by Certified Lactation Consultants (3-4 hours)
